Seeking someone conducting Veterans History Project interviews in or near Detroit, MI

I am trying to locate an institution or independant oral history practitioner in the Detroit area who is actively participating in the Library of Congress Veterans History Project.

One of our local veterans here in Atlanta referred a friend of his to me and I'm hoping to connect him with someone near his home to interview him for the Project.
