Hearing Collective 14 Nov 1:30-3:00pm ET
A rare opportunity to listen across difference . . . to listen to understand.
The Ed Factory Young People's Archive Hearing Collective
Zoom • Sunday 14 November • 1:30-3:00 pm ET
Free and open to the public. Register here.
This event features an opportunity to engage with the creative and social-change work of teachers from Berkshire County Massachusetts who are also graduate students in the Dept of Education at Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts.
During the Hearing Collective, in small, remote listening labs, you'll have the opportunity to listen to their creative oral history remixes. Our teachers interviewed, studied, and explored to understand better how people are trying to make sense of American cultural values, norms, and beliefs – all in an effort to disrupt notions of difference.
