Oral History Summer School will be offering our annual Hudson workshop (June 28-July 6) in 2017. This immersive workshop (oral history theory, methods and practice) will take housing narratives as one of our areas of focus. Led by Suzanne Snider (Founder/Director, OHSS)  in collaboration with Sarita Daftary (El Puente) and Walis Johnson (Red Line Archive).

Oral History Summer School is pleased to return to Chicago (July 26-August 3), this time in collaboration with the National Public Housing Museum. Participants will contribute to the creation of an aural history/future of public housing in the voices of public housing residents and housing community members
to fill our programs with participants whose work will
most
benefit from the theories, values, and tools of oral history. We hope to connect with artists, scholars, educators, activists, advocates, writers, oral historians,
community leaders, and more for our June workshop in Hudson. Please spread the word to those who may be interested.
