The 2017 ASEEES Annual Convention will be in held in Chicago, Illinois, on Nov 9-12, 2017.  We received more proposals this year than the 2016 Washington DC Convention, which was one of our largest conventions.  We hope that you are as excited as we are about 2017 Chicago Convention. Notifications: The proposal acceptance/rejection notifications have now been sent out. If you have not received your notification, please check your spam folder first.  The email is sent through our convention management software and coming from “@allacademic.com”.  It is the responsibility of the session organizers to notify the session participants, although we did cc them in the email notifications. The convention program schedule notification will be sent out by the end of May.

 

ASEEES Membership: If you are a session participant, please review themembership rules and become a member by April 30, if you have not already done so: www.aseees.org/membership/individual

 

Registration: The convention registration is now open: www.aseees.org/convention/registration  The early bird registration ends on Aug 11.

Travel Grants: We are delighted to offer four travel grant programs for the convention this year, including the new Russian Scholar Travel Grantprogram, sponsored by Carnegie Corporation of New York.  All applications are due May 22.  For more information on all four grant programs see: www.aseees.org/convention/grants
