XI International Symposium and XVII Conference on Research–Action in Tourism CONDET 2023

The CONDET (Council of Deans and Directors of Schools involved in the Teaching of Tourism) is pleased to invite the Tourism community to participate in the reference meeting to be held from 27th to 29th of September, 2023 in the city of La Plata .
The aim of this meeting is to promote links and participation among the communities of the different schools in order to interact on current issues and new challenges, with a view to improving academic teaching, research and extension, which are the principles governing the CONDET actions. Also, to foster and promote a space for the exchange of insights and opinions, for undergraduates, professors, researchers, professionals and participants of the tourism sector to reflect on the opportunities, contributions and challenges which tourism is facing in times of diversity.

CALL FOR WORKGROUPS:
Participants are invited to take part of WORKGROUPS (WG) on key topics, relevant for established research and/or extension groups, meeting the following standards:
a) Coordination, with at least two (2) and at most 4 (4) members, shall have institutional affiliation to different universities and/or research organizations.

b) Workgroup (WG) proposals shall contain the following data:
- Workgroup name (in bold type)
- Personal Data: Name and surname of coordinators; institutional affiliation; e-mail address and contact phone number of at least two members of the coordinating team (listing each member data in separte rows)
- Abstract with WG basis, with a maximum of 500 words in A4 sheet design; 2.5 cm (1 inch) margin on all sides; in Arial 11 regular font (only title in bold type); aligned paragraphs (including the title of the WG); 1,25 cm (0.5 inch) indentation and spacing, single line spacing. Double spacing between the title of the WG and the list of coordinators, and between such list and the Abstract.
