In case of interest, I wanted to share the following lecture taking place at the Piscataway Public Library:

“American Radicals and the Great War: World War I and the Battle between Victorian and Modern Values.”

Sunday, October 8 @ 2pm

Rutgers Professor Dr. Beryl Satter will present this talk about the effects of the Great War at home, including perspectives on changing societal values and norms during that time. A discussion will follow the presentation. Refreshments will be served.
