Hello everyone. Elaine Nelson, WHA Executive Director, shares the sad news that Dr. Margot Liberty died on February 9. Dr. Liberty was active in the WHA for many years, both as a scholar and within the organization. She won the Joan Paterson Kerr award for best illustrated book for her edited volume, A Northern Cheyenne Album: Photographs by Thomas B. Marquis.
