The next JHistory First Friday Salon will be THIS Friday, January 6 at 2 p.m. Eastern Time via Zoom. It’ll be over Zoom at the usual location. Send me a message if you'd like the Zoom address.
The session will be "open-mic," a freewheeling discussion around the topic "Why Learn (and Teach) Journalism History."
The session is organized by Elliot King, who is using this article to look at some of the "why" questions (Our discussion may or may not touch on some of the controversies described in the article; as it's "open-mic," we can't predict the path of the discussion).
