Event Description: Rebekah Sheldon, Sean Grattan, and Bethany Doane come together to discuss and analyze the New Weird and HBO’s Lovecraft Country. Their discussion will be organized around the close reading of numerous clips from the series, which will be screened during the event. A Q+A session will wrap things up, during which all attendees will have the opportunity to participate. Join us for a horror hour of serious, playful, and weird—genre-transgressing—analysis of one of 2020’s most popular shows. More info + link to free registration is here.
