History prior to the 1970s, especially those problems and views about nuclear war and Cold War stalemate directly served as ground for developments of so-called here, 'grey wars'.

Nuclear powers looked for ways to maneuver over their created nuclear destructive capabilities to find areas of movement whereby their goals and objectives could be advanced without bringing down upon their heads certain destruction.

Coincidence to this development in history of warfare, the old colonial empires of Europe began their declines into nations of Asia and Middle East' territory for rising of nationalisms which became after 1970s so much of this 'grey wars' areas =territiories, presented as history by the current volume under Review.
