Christopher L. Miller, Yale University Professor of African American Studies and French, emeritus, gives the inaugural address in a new French podcast series entitled "Memories and Literatures of Slavery: Writing Traces, Weaving History," organized by the Institut du Tout-Monde in Paris. Miller discusses his book The French Atlantic Triangle: Literature and Culture of the Slave Trade (Duke, 2008; published in French in 2011). The address is followed by an interview with Institut director Loïc Céry.
