I am sending this announcement on behalf of Birol Ülker, the Director of the Library and Documentation at the Center for Islamic Studies (İSAM) in Istanbul.
Professor İsmail Erünsal and a team of scholars and staff at the Center for Islamic Studies prepared a database of articles on Turkish history, literature, culture, and art, which includes the bibliographical identification of 52,500 articles and actual digital copies (in pdf) of 18,500 articles. The database has recently been made available online at this web address:
Professor Erünsal and a team of İSAM staff had earlier launched a database of 27,500 articles in Ottoman Turkish on history, literature, and Islamic Studies that were published in Ottoman periodicals, which is accessible at this web address:
