I am renting my 70 m2 apartment in Besiktas / Istanbul for 2-6 months starting from March 25, 2023. The apartment is very centrally located, yet in a quiet neighbourhood environment. It is well connected to all means of public transportation: 5 mins to ferries for Kadikoy and Uskudar, 5 mins to bus stations and minibuses that take you in diverse neighborhoods, 12 mins to Yildiz metro station. Besiktas Carsisi is 2 mins away and if you need to relax in a green zone Abbasaga Parki is only 1 min away. There are lots of cafes, restaurants, supermarkets etc. in the zone. The flat is on the 4th and last floor with no elevator.
The flat is recently renovated and fully furnished. The living room is very bright with a large comfortable couch (which also converts into a bed). Dining area consists of a wooden table for 8 people, a wooden bench and chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped and furnished (oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, two coffee machines along with all utensils and other equipment).
The bedroom has a very good quality double bed and a nice wardrobe.
The study room has a huge desk and a comfortable couch.
The bathroom is very cute and modernized with colorful tiles in the shower.
Please note that the apartment is not furnished with low quality furniture, on the contrary many pieces are unique and antique. Among the household appliances there is a washing machine also including the features of a drying machine, an air-conditioner (in the living room) and a hair-dryer.
The heating is autonomous. The windows are double glazed. The apartment has a security door.
