H-Net is celebrating 25 years of service by recalling topical discussions, teaching and research resources, and milestones in H-Net's journey from a few email listservs to an online academic commons. Revisit the history of H-Net discussions from our 180+ networks and discover teaching and research resources in the Mining the Logs project. I have now retired. I rely on H-NET to keep me in contact with the goings-on of several Asia communities, especially Japan.

I have found tremendous stuff on H-Asia and depend on it as an independent scholar.

Having been one of the original network founders (H-ASIA) in 1994 I have a real sense of how much H-NET has contributed to my career and would like to return some of that support.
