Below is a link to an article that appeared in Nature online on Januray 24 by Dalmeet Singh Chawla entitled "Massive open index of scholarly papers launches:

OpenAlex catalogues hundreds of millions of scientific documents and charts connections between them."
 
With a name that refers to the Library of Alexandria, OpenAlex is a free replacement for Microsoft Open Graph and links to a range of other databases such as UnPayWall and ORCID.  A simpler and more user-friendly search utility is scheduled for this month.
