NEH announces awards

The National Endowment for the Humanities has announced that it is providing more than $30 million in grants and awards to projects across the country.  An additional $48 million is being sent to state and territorial humanities councils.

Among the individual award recipients is an indepenent scholar, Amy Reading, to complete a biography of Katharine S. White, writer and editor for the New Yorker.
