Organizing a session on Holocaust memorialization for the 52nd AJS Conference, Dec. 13-15, 2020

I would like to organize a session on Holocaust memorialization for the 52nd AJS Conference, December 13-15, 2020, Washington, DC.

I plan to present my paper on realized and unrealized projects of Babi Yar memorials as well as the current project of the creation of the Babyn Yar Holocaust Memorial Museum in Kiev.

I am looking for two papers on Holocaust memorialization in Russia, Belarus, Eastern/Central/Western Europe, a panel chair and a discussant. Papers on current memorialization projects are specially welcome.

seeking advice from recent researchers at RGASPI

Editorial comment: Please reply on-list, as this might benefit us all (Orel Beilinson).

Dear colleagues,

I am seeking information from recent researchers at Российский государственный архив социально-политической истории in Moscow.

Do they have the capability of making pdf copies?  How much are they currently charging per copy?

Thanks.
