CFA: First Yiddish Summer School in Berlin, Aug 14–Sept 1, 2017

Dear Friends and Colleagues,
We are pleased to inform you that this year the Paris Yiddish Center – Medem Library is once again organizing a Summer Program of Yiddish Language and Literature. This time the program will be held in Berlin, at the Eastern European Institute of the Free University (Freie Universität), from August 14th to September 1st 2017.
The program will offer 4 levels of intensive courses in Yiddish, from beginners to advanced, as well as workshops, lectures, film screenings and other activities. The language courses will be taught by well-known and experienced teachers: Sharon Bar-Kochva, Natalia Krynicka, Sonia Pinkusowicz-Dratwa, Annick Prime-Margules and Karolina Szymaniak.
Tuition: 680 €
Students: 480 € (Scholarships are available to students under 30)
