The Modern Japan History Association presents a "New Books on Japan" conversation between Aaron Skabelund (Brigham Young University), author of Inglorious, Illegal Bastards: Japan's Self-Defense Force during the Cold War (Cornell University Press, 2022) and Yoshikuni Igarashi, (Vanderbilt University).
