OBIT: Diouldé Laya, 1937-2014

Diouldé Laya (aka Juulde Layya) passed away on 27 July. He was a noted Nigerien sociologist and headed the Centre d'Etudes Linguistiques et Historiques par Tradition Orale (CELHTO) in Niamey for a number of years.
