Question On current access to Istanbul Libraries for Foreign Scholars

From: Amy Singer <asinger@post.tau.ac.il>

Dear H-Turk readers:

Does anyone have current information based on recent experience about access for foreign scholars to the Topkapı Saray Library, Süleymaniye or Türk İslam Eserleri Müzesi mss. collections?

Permissions, wait times, visa issues?

We are trying to clarify for students planning to do research.

Many thanks,
Amy
