Words To That Effect is a literary and cultural podcast launched last June and based in Dublin, Ireland. It is a research-based, storytelling podcast with an academic expert in each episode. The show is aimed at the general public and the idea is to get what otherwise might be somewhat obscure academic topics out beyond the walls of academia. Season 1 (13 episodes of around 15mins each) is just finished, and included topics such as:
