Stained Glass Studios of John J. Kinsella Company of Chicago?

[Ed. note (PBK): I'm sure our friends at h-stained-glass would have some suggestions to make as well.]

I am trying to find out more about the stained glass studios of the John J. Kinsella Company of Chicago.  I am particularly interested in locating churches where the company's windows are installed and most especially if any were installed in Ohio.  I have searched the internet extensively and have located a few in Chicago and one in Boise.
