New Books in Intellectual History
The Twenty-Second International Conference on An Alternative Political Science and the First International Congress on a Philosophy for Emancipation, Diversity, and the Life of the Planet will be held in Havana, Cuba from November 19 to November 23, 2019.
The Susan B. Anthony Institute for Gender, Sexuality, and Women’s Studies at the University of Rochester will hold a two-day writing collective on October 25-26, 2019. The writing collective will provide a lively platform for graduate students to workshop a paper with fellow graduate students and faculty from multiple institutions.
You may have heard that the Folger will soon be undergoing a major building renovation project. We are very excited about these updates, which will create more space for public engagement, nurture advanced work in the humanities, keep our growing collection onsite, and offer more comfortable, useful work-stations for researchers.
