Researcher pay

I'm using a researcher in Moscow, RF, and would like some advice on pay rates/schedules. This is archival work and will involve some billable copying from the archives but some digital photography by the researcher. Hourly? Contract a price by task? Amount?

Re: Release of the David Greenglass and Max Elichter Grand Jury testimony.

The discovery of the obituary for William Danziger was discovered too late to modify the request for unsealing the remaining Rosenberg case grand jury testimony that was provided to Judge Hellerstein. It is regrettable that the obit was collectively missed by all of us involved in the Rosenberg grand jury effort until recently. Although the request to unseal the Danziger testimony certain could be made now, the fact of the matter is our greatest concern is to see that the Greenglass testimony is released ASAP.

Re: Release of the David Greenglass and Max Elichter Grand Jury testimony.

In regard to that part of Judge Hellerstein's decision that stated that no evidence had been presented of William Danziger's death and, consequently, his testimony was not to be released, both Steve Usdin and Jason Roberts have cited to the editor a NYT obituary for him: http://www.legacy.com/obituaries/nytimes/obituary.aspx?pid=161644432
