H-Genocide is a network for professional scholars, survivors of genocide, authors, historians and other interested people working in genocide studies and related fields, e.g. U.S., European, African, S. American, and Asian studies, to name a few. Discussion topics include the history, analysis, and theory of genocide, all genocides.

There has been an uproar over a study of bias in the Journal of Genocide Research (JGR).
The journal of the International Association of Genocide Scholars (IAGS), Genocide Studies and Prevention (GSP), has published in the current issue a deeply critical “Response” to the study by the editor of JGR and four more authors whose articles were subjects of the study.

CFA: GEOP Research Fellowships for Doctoral and Postdoctoral Candidates at POLIN Museum and Jewish Historical Institute
POLIN Museum’s Global Educational Outreach Program, supported by the William K. Bowes Jr Foundation and the Taube Foundation for Jewish Life and Culture, is offering up to six doctoral and post-doctoral fellowships for from three to five consecutive months in residence at POLIN Museum and the Jewish Historical Institute (ŻIH). The fellowship stipend is $2,000 per month (payable in Polish zlotys).
