New documents on the Israeli government's policy towards Egypt in the 1970s

The Israel State Archives would like to announce a series of posts on its blog in Hebrew and English on Israel's relations with Egypt and the policies of the governments of Golda Meir and Yitzhak Rabin. The posts include links to documents, many of them declassified for the first time, especially minutes of government meetings. They deal with Israel's acceptance of the Rogers Plan in the summer of 1970, the government's reaction to the death of Gamal Abd'el Nasser and the Sinai II agreement.
