SMH Panel on Iraq Wars of the 1990s

Hello,

My name is Samantha A. Taylor, I am a doctoral candidate at the University of Southern Mississippi. I am still looking for a panelist and a commentator for a panel on post-Cold War conflicts during the 1990s. The current papers look at policy plans related to the Persian Gulf War (1990-1991) and the Iraq War (1997-1998). If you have a paper that you think will fit or you would like to serve as commentator please send an abstract to samantha.a.taylor@usm.edu by September 25.

Thank you
