Dear Colleagues:

We would like to hold a seminar on the international relations of the Asia-Pacific region at Osaka University
on 23 September (Friday). The seminar will start either around 10:00 or 13:00 depending on the 
number of presenters. So far, we have one presenter. We are looking for other presenters.
