H-California is a multi-disciplinary network focused on the study of California. We welcome contributions dealing with history,cultural expression, economics, ethnicity, gender studies, geography, literature, politics, and more. We encourage scholars to use H-California to communicate current research and teaching interests; to discuss new articles, books, papers, approaches, methods and tools of analysis; to test new ideas; and to share comments and tips on teaching.
