History of Education Quarterly seeks submissions for a forthcoming special issue on the 50th anniversary of Congress’s Education for All Handicapped Children Act, signed into law in 1975. Reauthorized in 1990 as the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, this landmark legislation continues to guarantee a free and appropriate education to all school-age children.
