Greetings from the Southern Historical Association’s Junior Scholars Workshop! We cordially invite you to attend the next workshop installment featuring Dr. Aubrey Lauersdorf. The Junior Scholars Workshop is designed to encourage advanced graduate student and recent graduates in the field of southern history by providing an opportunity to share their work with and receive constructive feedback from senior historians. Now in its second year, attendees of the Junior Scholars Workshops participate in new and diverse scholarly research discussions in southern history.

The workshop series Bodies (Re)searching Bodies is a research project sponsored by De Montfort University that aims at involving researchers who employ practice-oriented methodologies. The project explores critical approaches to affirmative action and its application to the field of practice as research to enforce decolonial, feminist, and non-hierarchical methodologies of knowledge constitution in Dance, Theatre, and Performance Studies. The event is led by a team of doctoral students from De Montfort University: Francesco Sani, Satkirti Sinha, and Kitty Walker.
Currents in Teaching and Learning is a peer-reviewed electronic journal focusing on teaching and learning in higher education. The journal invites your submissions for Volume 16, Issues 1 and 2. All submissions must be original, previously unpublished work and, if based in a particular academic discipline, must explicitly consider the relevance and applicability to other disciplines and classroom settings. We encourage submissions related to cutting-edge topics in higher education.
