CQL | The Council on Quality and Leadership created the Disability Research Mentorship Program for Black Graduate Students in recognition that academic/research job candidates are judged on their history of publications and presentations, yet, systemic racism impacts who gets funding and research opportunities. For this reason, CQL’s research Mentorship Program aims to provide Black students with opportunities to build up their CVs by co-writing a journal article about people with disabilities.

Muslims in America
(The SAMLA 95 Conference will be held in Atlanta, GA, November 9-11, 2023)
This panel intends to examine the works of Muslim American poets, novelists, playwrights, jazz musicians, punks, hip hop artists, filmmakers, and visual artists. Papers are invited that explore the diverse compositions of Muslim American identities in cultural texts as they challenge and engage with the canonical codes and sociopolitical norms of national, theoretical, literary, and aesthetic spaces.
The 3rd International Conference on Indian Business and Economic History will be held at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad on Aug 31-Sep 2, 2023.
It includes a full-funded workshop for PhD students, research paper presentations and other sessions. The call for submissions is open till April 30, 2023.
