We are seeking highly qualified candidates for a Quran translation project from Arabic to French. This initiative, led by the Great Mosque of Paris, aims to provide a translation that combines academic rigor and contemporary sensitivity, taking into account the inherent polysemy of the sacred text. The goal is to present an accurate translation while preserving the integrity of the Quran, never deviating from its letter or the synthesis of its spirit, and reflecting its message in the context of our time.
