On August 13-23, 1963, about 1,000 archbishops, priests, deacons, and laity from virtually all the dioceses of the Anglican Communion met in Toronto in an Anglican Congress, designed as an event to showcase existing creative patterns of ministry across the Communion and prepare for the future in a rapidly changing world.

In the context of the literary representation of disabilities and the associated cultural, social, and political discourses, German literature is increasingly gaining importance as a medium for reflection and critical engagement.

British History. Assistant Professor. The Mississippi State University Department of History invites applications for a tenure-track appointment in British history, beginning August 16, 2024. Teaching responsibilities are two courses per semester. Offerings include a turn in either the Western Civilization or World History survey and undergraduate and graduate courses in the area of expertise. Of particular importance is demonstrated ability to contribute to our graduate program, which focuses on the period since 1650.
