Studia Politica. Romanian Political Science Review publishes high quality, peer reviewed articles in all major areas of political science including political theory, comparative politics, political sociology, public policy, international relations and global studies. Founded in 2001 and focusing particularly on Central Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union, it welcomes contributions on a wide range of geographical areas and topics that aim to advance the field through both theoretical and empirical innovative studies.

"Religious Plurality and Tolerance in East Asia"
Published at the height of the imperial enterprise, Bram Stoker’s Dracula (1897) has a long and intricate backstory. It is, in fact, the result of centuries of British discovery of and disappointment with the world. One by one, naturalists, amateur anthropologists, merchants, soldiers, diplomats or missionaries from the British Isles discovered the world for the armchair travelers at home and built up their self-esteem by disfiguring countries and regions in writings, paintings, and lectures at the Royal Geographical Society.
The Dossier: "African and Afro-descendant Migrations in Latin America: Transits, Routes and Destinations" incites reflexion on the long-distance panorama of migration and displacement flows of African and Afro-descendantpopulations in Latin America. It will be important to empirically determine the connection of historical and contemporary contexts of migrations, spatial contours, transit and destination routes, and the reconstruction of connections that cross political-territory divisions, whether these are national borders or internal demarcations.
Applications are now open for the 2021 National Library of Australia Fellowships which support in-depth collection research across a broad range of disciplines. These prestigious funded Fellowships are available to scholars from Australia and overseas undertaking advanced research projects. They will enjoy 12 weeks of intensive research using the National Library of Australia’s extraordinary collection of approximately 10 million items.
Chapter proposals are invited for an edited book examining the nature and scope of eco-anxiety and eco-depression, with an emphasis on alleviating suffering through innovative treatment approaches that foster a sense of hope.
