The Conferences centres on the debate for reforms/restructuring in Nigeria in the following areas: political, economic, internal security, resource control, Women and Youth involvement in the politics of Nigeria, politics of devolution and or sharing of power, agriculture and food security, human security in Nigeria, religion and politics in Nigeria, inter-ethnic co-existence, Nigeria's external relations, the theoretical framework of restructuring, among others.

"(Um)weltschmertz: An Exercise in Humility and Melancholia" is the final project event of the ENHANCE international training network. The event explores the deep ties that connect humans and their cultural and emotional lives to the changing environment around issues of environmental change and conflict, as well as the role of the environmental humanities in times of crisis.
There will be several public events as part of the program, including public lectures, a film screening, and an exhibition.
