I am seeking authors to write chapters for The Handbook of Asian Intelligence Cultures (contracted with Rowman and Littlefield). The handbook will provide concise chapters about each Asian country’s intelligence services. In particular, it focuses on how a country’s internal and external environmental factors shape the intelligence culture and how intelligence shapes the government, society and culture.

The Sultan Qaboos Cultural Center (SQCC) supports and encourages advanced research on the Sultanate of Oman through its Research Fellowship Program.
First launched in 2010, this annual fellowship program supports one year of self-designed research in Oman. The fellowship provides up to $51,000 in support to a Ph.D. candidate, university academic, or team for research on the Sultanate of Oman. All disciplines are welcome to apply.
