We are thrilled to announce that Afrofuturist Hugo and Nebula award-winning author Nnedi Okorafor (Marvel's Black Panther, Akata Witch, Binti, Zahrah the Windseeker, new HBO series: Who Fears Death)  will be our keynote speaker for the fifth biannual conference Pippi to Ripley : Fantastic and Feminist Pop Culture to be held at Ithaca College on April 26 & 27, 2019.
