The GHI Internship Program gives German and American students of history, political science, and library studies an opportunity to gain experience at a scholarly research institute. Interns assist individual research projects, work for the library, take part in the preparation and hosting of conferences, and help with our publications. The program is very flexible: the GHI tries to accommodate the interns' interests, abilities, and goals. A two-month minimum stay is required; a three months stay is preferred.
