Online MA in Peacebuilding offers a limited number of 50% tuition fee-only scholarships to candidates from low- to middle-income and conflict-affected countries working. The course is particularly suitable for candidates who have been working in the areas related to peacebuilding and wish to obtain a postgraduate academic qualification from the UK in one year whilst working in the field. We are currently accepting applications for 2016 intake (January 2016 - January 2017).

The Executive Committee of the Asian Studies Conference Japan (ASCJ) invites proposals for panels, roundtables, and individual papers to be presented at the Twentieth Asian Studies Conference Japan. The conference will be held at the International Christian University (ICU) in Tokyo on Saturday and Sunday, July 2-3, 2016. All presentations are to be delivered in English.

The quint’s twenty ninth issue is issuing a call for theoretically informed and historically grounded submissions of scholarly interest—as well as creative writing, original art, interviews, and reviews of books. The deadline for this call is 15th November 2015—but please note that we accept manu/digi-scripts at any time.
