We are encouraging proposals for papers analyzing any aspect of travel and/or tourism. Proposals might focus on travel literature, the psychology of travel, the history of tourism, the pedagogy of travel, the ethics of tourism, LGBT travel and tourism, car, bus, train, foot, or rocket travel. Is travel moving toward something or moving away from something? Is travel a spiritual journey or a crass commercial commodity? We are open to fluid definitions of travel and tourism.
