The Collaborative for Interdisciplinary/Integrative Studies at Quinnipiac University (Hamden, CT) is hosting a Summer Symposium, June 1-2, 2018. The Symposium will focus on interactive, applied interdisciiplinarity in teaching and research. Registration for the Symposium will be open until May 1, 2018. The registration fee includes all meals. July 5-13, 2018 Professor Anya Zilberstein will offer graduate (and advanced undergraduate) students a one week summer school in Montreal, focusing on the city's food and environmental history. Fellowships covering tuition are available for non-Canadian students; all students will be provided with free housing in a newly renovated downtown dormitory (formerly the Grey Nun's Monastery).
