Seeking Panelists for 2018 Conference on Faith and History

I am interested in forming or joining a panel on one of two topics for the 31st Biennial Meeting of the Conference on Faith and History (held at Calvin College from October 4-6, 2018).

The first potential topic would examine the impact of religion on efforts to secure citizenship rights for under-represented groups (particularly African-Americans). Papers or panels that engage with religious abolitionism or the American Civil War would be preferred, but this requirement is not absolutely necessary.
