Query about contemporary art and contacts in Libreville, Gabon

A colleague of mine will be traveling to Libreville, Gabon in December as part of a project documenting North and South Korean monuments in Africa.  She is interested in connecting with contemporary artists and cultural institutions while she is there.  If anyone has recommendations about whom to contact, places and people to see, please let me know.
