Re: Welcome to H-Death on the new H-Net Commons

I am happy the death H-list is back on track! I profit the occasion to send the info on the conference that will take place here in Lisbon this coming week. It is the final conference of my sponsored project "The invisibility of death among immigrant populations in Portugal: vulnerabilities and transnational mangements". Eric Gable will present his work on Manjako funerals and Maurice Bloch will be the final keynote speaker. If you could spread the word, if there is anyone interested in coming, it is free of charge and open to anyone.
