THE GREEN AND THE DARK SIDE OF ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES IN CITIES (1850-1930)
Crossing urban history of science and urban environmental history, this session focuses on hygiene in the nineteenth century and early twentieth century. These topics have been covered by different scholars through different points of view, but we argue for a change of perspective.
We are seeking two to three scholars for a panel on Nature and Motherhood for the 2019 Organization of American Historians annual conference in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

The Federal Association Information and Advice for Survivors of Nazi Persecution (Bundesverband Information & Beratung für NS-Verfolgte e.V.) (Federal Association) is calling for participation in two moderator-led working groups on historico-political education and psychosocial issues, respectively, in relation to the work of and to working with descendants of victims of Nazi persecution.
